Terms & Conditions — vegasstar Philippines

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and vegasstar ("vegasstar," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the vegasstar platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services available at vegasstar.app.

vegasstar operates under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By accessing, registering, or using any portion of the vegasstar platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with vegasstar's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific Bonus Terms that apply to individual promotional offers.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use vegasstar. This is a non-negotiable requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing all licensed online gambling in the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

vegasstar is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using vegasstar is lawful in your jurisdiction. vegasstar does not represent that the Platform is accessible or appropriate in locations outside the Philippines.

3.3 Registration Requirements

When registering a vegasstar account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your real name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number or email address;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate;
• Not use another person's identity, payment method, or credentials;
• Submit KYC documentation (government-issued Philippine ID such as PhilSys, driver's licence, passport, SSS card, or UMID) before your first withdrawal is processed.

3.4 One Account Per Person

vegasstar strictly enforces a one-account-per-person policy. Each individual may maintain only one (1) active vegasstar account, verified to one Philippine identity and one mobile number. Operating multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances associated with any duplicate accounts.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your vegasstar login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. vegasstar will never request your password through any channel including live chat, email, or telephone.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

You must notify vegasstar immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach. vegasstar will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this requirement or from your failure to maintain adequate security over your account credentials.

4.3 Account Activity

Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administration fee as permitted under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR guidelines. vegasstar will notify you before any such fee is applied.

All deposits are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). vegasstar does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following deposit methods are currently available on vegasstar:

vegasstar does not charge deposit fees. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits that cannot be verified or that are flagged under anti-money laundering protocols will be suspended pending investigation. vegasstar reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of any deposit.

6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw

Withdrawals may only be processed to accounts that have completed KYC identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods registered and verified in the Player's own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

6.2 Processing Times

vegasstar targets withdrawal processing within a few hours for fully KYC-verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on receiving bank processing schedules. vegasstar does not control third-party processing times once a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched from the vegasstar system.

6.3 Withdrawal Verification

vegasstar reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to: proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. This is required under PAGCOR anti-money laundering compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal being declined.

6.4 Bonus Conditions

Real Money Balance (derived from cash deposits net of wagering) is always withdrawable subject to completion of KYC. Bonus Balance cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are fully met. vegasstar's system clearly distinguishes Real Money Balance from Bonus Balance in the Player's account dashboard.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by vegasstar are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds (for sports betting promotions), eligible games, validity periods, and maximum bonus conversion caps. These specific terms are stated on each individual promotion page and take precedence over general provisions where they conflict.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

The standard wagering requirement for vegasstar deposit bonuses is 25 times (25×) the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, sports betting, and instant games may contribute at a lower rate than slots. Contribution rates are displayed in each promotion's terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

The following actions constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited on vegasstar:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses or new player promotions more than once;
• Coordinating with other players to place opposing bets to lock in bonus value with minimal risk;
• Using a bonus on games that are excluded from the promotion's eligible game list;
• Withdrawing a bonus before meeting wagering requirements through a chargeback or payment dispute.

vegasstar reserves the right to void bonuses, recalculate winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified. Decisions made by vegasstar in relation to bonus abuse are final.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not used within their validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's Bonus Balance. vegasstar is not obligated to extend bonus validity periods and will not do so except at its sole discretion.

8.1 Game Integrity

All games on vegasstar — including JILI slots, PG Soft titles, live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and instant games — operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently tested and audited by accredited laboratories. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real-world physical processes (cards, roulette wheels, dice) captured on HD video stream.

8.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply to all games and betting markets on vegasstar. Limits are displayed within each game interface and on each sports betting market. vegasstar reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice, including applying personalised limits to specific accounts where warranted by risk management.

8.3 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects the outcome of any game or bet, the affected round or bet will be declared void and any wagers placed will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance. vegasstar is not liable for losses arising from system failures, internet connectivity issues, or device malfunctions on the Player's side.

8.4 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on vegasstar is governed by vegasstar's Sports Betting Rules which cover match result determination, settlement procedures, void bet conditions, and in-play betting restrictions. Where a sporting event result is disputed, vegasstar will rely on the relevant governing body's official result. PBA, NBA, UFC, football, sabong, and e-sports markets each carry specific settlement rules detailed in the Sports Betting Rules document accessible from the vegasstar platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on vegasstar and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using vegasstar for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence-assisted tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Colluding with other players in card games, live dealer games, or any game mode where such collusion provides an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or display anomalies in any game or the Platform to obtain credits or winnings that would not ordinarily result from normal gameplay;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any vegasstar software, game system, or platform infrastructure;
• Using another person's account, payment method, or identity with or without their consent;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward vegasstar staff or other players via any platform channel including live chat.

vegasstar is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that while the vast majority of our players gamble responsibly for entertainment, some individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviours. vegasstar provides the following tools, accessible from your account settings after vegasstar login:

• Deposit Limits — Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Limit increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period before they are applied.
• Loss Limits — Caps on the amount you can lose across the platform within a specified period.
• Session Time Limits — Automatic session logout after a Player-specified duration.
• Reality Checks — Pop-up notifications showing session duration and net session result at Player-specified intervals.
• Self-Exclusion — Voluntary temporary or permanent account closure with an active block preventing re-registration for the exclusion duration.

All content on the vegasstar Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logos, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of vegasstar or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the vegasstar Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, copying, redistributing, publicly displaying, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without vegasstar's prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vegasstar's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vegasstar shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss of any nature;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or third-party network issues outside vegasstar's reasonable control;
• Actions taken by the Player in reliance on information provided on the Platform that does not constitute financial or investment advice.

Nothing in these Terms limits vegasstar's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

13.1 By vegasstar

vegasstar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is under investigation for suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• vegasstar is required to do so by PAGCOR or any competent legal authority;
• The Player has requested self-exclusion via the Platform's responsible gaming tools.

13.2 By the Player

You may close your vegasstar account at any time by contacting vegasstar customer support. Upon closure, all real money balances will be returned to your verified withdrawal method subject to verification checks. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of vegasstar shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute between you and vegasstar that cannot be resolved informally through vegasstar's customer support process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through vegasstar's internal dispute resolution process, which includes escalation to the PAGCOR complaints framework where appropriate.

vegasstar reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, vegasstar will provide notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or PAGCOR directive.

Your continued use of vegasstar following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.

Complaints submitted via live chat or email will be acknowledged within 24 hours and fully investigated within five (5) business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved within five business days, vegasstar will provide a written update stating the reason for the delay and the expected resolution timeline. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism.
